We envision a future where Black Political Operatives are fully equipped, resourced, and supported to shape elections and policy. Through training, networking, and advocacy, we aim to strengthen Black political leadership and ensure lasting community impact.
Black Political Operative (BPO) committed to strengthening the role of Black individuals in electoral politics. BPOs are professionals and volunteers who play a critical role in election cycles by ensuring the success of candidates through voter outreach, mobilization, and engagement strategies that drive Black voter turnout.

Sustained voter turnout in the Black community is essential to ensuring our voices are heard, and our interests are represented. A strong and engaged electorate helps shape policies that reflect the needs of our communities. BPO is dedicated to increasing Black voter participation and maintaining long-term engagement to ensure continued political influence and empowerment.
At BPO, we address these challenges by providing:

✔ Networking & Mentorship – Building a community of Black political professionals who support and uplift one another.
✔ Advocacy for Investment – Ensuring campaigns and political entities recognize the economic value of investing in Black operatives and communities.
